"Sighs, What do you want from me now?" Mumbling softly as I lowered Antheous's grimoire on the shiny mahogany desk. My body sunk deep into the comfy black leather chair that was a part of the desk set, Which I bought at a cheap price from the collectors.
Gabriel's face was in a twist of sourness and disapproval. "What is this?" Slamming down the papers in his grasps.
I scoffed at his slow phased movement. "Didn't the Elders mentioned that the hunt for the missing fledgeling and the savant will be decreed as of morrow ceased?"
"Dont you dare smoother your petty human affection between those two pathetic!"
"And what if I did? What are you going to do about it? Are you going to challenge your esteemed superior, sire and of course...Mother?"
"You bitch." Gabriel growled as the whites of his eyeball turned black while his pupils turned blood red. "You know better than to insult a higher class of demon such as I am."
"And so?" I smirked. " It has been decreed as well that the human who bore both the devil's and dragon's son's is herald as the greatest mother."
Slowly Gabriel's demonic visage returned back to his normal humanisc feature as he straightened his poise. 'He has his father's looks.' I sighed again and picked up the page I had left from the grimoire.
As Gabriel turned his back on me he muttered something from beneath his breath and glide away from where he stood.
