Extra Cash
I'm a first year nursing student I like the course I'm studying yet I find it difficult to support myself in this education since we're not allowed to 'Get' a part time job from offices or that will interfere with our school schedules and duties, Because of this I researched about ways on how to find jobs that coincides with my schedules and I found out that it has to be an 'AGENT'
Bein an Agent requires minimal things
>Time
>Patience
>Perserverance
>Personality
>Faith
There are several types of Agent and I will disclose two of the most peculiar agents that has raised my curiousity...
The most notable character in my own opinion would be the CALL CENTER AGENT it gained its popularity among the masses from its high paying salary and acceptance of fresh graduates from any college level person. The pay I can guess, I have a relatives who works as one, Starting out your salary is around 18k then if you manage to raise up your position it also means your salary raises as well. I have an aunt who is now a supervisor and her salary is now 30,000 to 35,000 pesos, but as what I've heard pioneers have the biggest pay.
This kind of Agent is ideal for those who are in the college level and or fresh graduates of any 4 year course awaiting for their licenses to be approve. I can think of severel kinds of graduates that are successful in this type of Jobs but maybe a handful can stay put forever.
REAL ESTATE AGENTS
This is the second highest paying and the most lowest paying job an agent can have. here all your virtues are tested because like all commission based jobs you must personally interact with your clients and quickly nab a 'BUYER' before another agent takes them away.
As a Real Estate agent you sell house, lots, and even both to different types of clients from locals to foreigner and like any other agents you must deal with different personalities as well. Here your smarts are tested, your experience earned, and even respect ( xD this sounds like one of those facebook game apps).
My mother works as such she earns graciously big amounts but not always because of Economic reasons and seasons. Yes, there are seasons where there are alot of people who wants to buy their own properties and if your lucky they would want to buy the best one H&L.
The referal process is the same as always and you get an override that usually depends on how much your referral had sold or a fix of 3% or more...
So those are the two types of Agents, but there are several more found here in the different industries of the Philippines but none more daring and courageous as those two above and I've posted a few links that has answered my queries.
I'm also an AGENT but my field of expertise would be in the internet world where emails, messengers, social networking sites, blogs and search engines are my tools of trade not to mention having a basic knowledge of Css, Html, Photoshop, and web designing but thats it I'm still a rookie although sometimes I wonder why I did not enroll in this kind of course instead but I want to make a difference to other people's life and become some one respectable. :]
